COMPLAINT POLICY FOR NY STATE BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY CPE ACCREDITED PROGRAMS
The Reinsurance Association of America (RAA) has a complaint policy for RAA program registrants who are New York CPA licensees to submit specific complaints regarding program topic, content, tuition, facilities, handouts, and/or speakers. Such complaints will be given consideration separate from and in addition to the program evaluation.
A RAA complaint form will be made available to New York CPAs at the RAA registration table for the duration of the CPE accredited program or upon request after the conclusion of the program.
A submitted complaint form will be reviewed and a response sent to the registrant within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.
